LichtBlick eMobility GmbH from Rottendorf near Würzburg, a subsidiary of LichtBlick SE, has stood for innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of e-mobility for years. With the LichtBlick FlexiCharger Pro, the company has teamed up with Beck Automation and Phoenix Contact to present a mobile fast charging station that has been specially developed to meet the requirements of electric utility vehicles, construction machinery and logistics fleets. The solution combines high charging power – up to 150 kW, and even 500 kW in the future – with a practical design, simple installation and robust technology. The LichtBlick FlexiCharger Pro is forklift-compatible, craneable and modular, so that it can be used flexibly at different locations and serviced quickly if necessary. A trained in-house electrician can replace components independently, eliminating the need for expensive service contracts. An optional spare parts package is available for maximum availability.

The charging solution is accessible from both sides and has an optimized ventilation concept for demanding ambient conditions. Connection is straightforward using a standard CEE 125 A power cable. This makes the LichtBlick FlexiCharger Pro ideal for construction sites, depots and environments where conventional charging stations often reach their limits.

Phoenix Contact supplies central components for the solution: CCS charging cables for uncooled High Power Charging, 19-inch modules for AC power distribution, AC/DC power conversion and control of the charging process as well as surge protection, power supplies and connection technology. These components ensure a safe, efficient and durable charging infrastructure and allow the LichtBlick FlexiCharger Pro to be used flexibly in a wide variety of environments.
