SBOW iFlex sets new standards for ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles. The mobile fast charging station was developed to provide charging infrastructure exactly where it is needed – independent of fixed grid connections and without lengthy approval procedures. SBOW iFlex offers a charging power of up to 240 kW and the ability to charge two vehicles at the same time. Thanks to the integrated battery, SBOW iFlex can be operated in both connected and autonomous mode. The usable capacity of 180 kWh is sufficient to charge up to 6 electric vehicles. This makes SBOW iFlex ideal for construction sites, large events, fleets or as a temporary solution in the event of mains failures, offering operators, companies and local authorities real flexibility.

The system is ready for operation in just a few minutes and can be easily transported by trailer or truck. Intelligent control and monitoring systems ensure maximum safety and efficiency. CCS charging cables, CCS charging inlets, power electronics and control and relay technology from Phoenix Contact are used for a fast charging process. In the battery storage system, battery pole connectors and PCB terminal blocks ensure reliable energy transmission. The close cooperation with Phoenix Contact ensured seamless integration of all components and made a decisive contribution to meeting the high requirements for flexibility, safety and reliability of this charging infrastructure solution.
