The alliance’s goal is to promote the integration of electric vehicles into the power grid and to foster innovative solutions for a sustainable energy future. The network brings together companies, research institutions, energy suppliers, technology providers, and interested parties to exchange knowledge, <\/span>initiate<\/span> projects, and actively shape the framework conditions for vehicle-to-grid in Austria.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What are the tasks of the V2G Alliance Austria?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

The central tasks of the V2G Alliance Austria include building a strong partner network, organizing specialist events, workshops, and webinars, and promoting pilot projects and research initiatives. In addition, it <\/span>facilitates<\/span> a continuous exchange of best practices and current trends <\/span>in order to<\/span> drive innovation forward. Another <\/span>important component<\/span> is dialogue with politicians, authorities, and associations <\/span>in order to<\/span> create <\/span>optimal<\/span> framework conditions for vehicle-to-grid and to further develop the topic strategically.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Why is the V2G Alliance Austria necessary?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

As the share of renewable energies grows, fluctuations in the power grid are also increasing. V2G offers a solution here: <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Electric vehicles can not only absorb energy, but also release it again, thus functioning as mobile power storage devices. Used correctly, they can be used to balance peak loads, increase grid stability, and integrate renewable energies more efficiently.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
